Section 482-1-115-.01 - Authority And Short Title

This chapter is adopted pursuant to Sections 27-2-17 and 27-52-1, etseq., Code of Ala. 1975. This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the Alabama Health Insurance Plan chapter.
