Section 420-3-27-.11 - Notification Of Lead Inspection And Risk Assessment Activities

(1) Notification of the intent to perform lead inspections and risk assessments shall be made in writing on a form provided by the Department and must be received at least 3 working days prior to commencement of the inspection or risk assessment. Forms can be faxed or electronically transmitted to the Department.
