Section 405-X-2-.04 - Board Action Following Investigation

(1) The Board or its authorized designee shall have the power to act on the report of the investigation as follows:

(a) Dismiss complaint.

(b) Commence disciplinary proceedings.

(c) Accept voluntary surrender of a license.
