Section 300-4-8-.02 - Administration

The U.S. Secretary of Education approved on May 13, 1992 the Alabama Commission on Higher Education as the state agency responsible for the administration of the PDTSP in Alabama. The Executive Director of the Commission is designated as the certifying representative for the program. Administration of the PDTSP shall be in accordance with federal statutes and regulations applicable to the program.
