Section 281-5-1-.04 - Recapture Of Tax Credits

Upon written notice from the Department, the Department Revenue or the Department of Insurance as appropriate shall recapture any and all Tax Credits under the circumstances, in the amounts and using the procedures outlined in Section 8 of the Act.
