Section 100-X-2-.01 - Financial Operation

The Board shall have the power to set amounts to be collected, to cause all monies to be collected and deposited with the State Treasurer, to cause expenses to be paid out of such funds by voucher and requisition in accordance with Alabama state law. The Board shall submit annual report for each fiscal year to the Governor, in accordance with Alabama state laws.
