Notice.

SUMMARY:

This is a notice of an Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL) declaration for the State of West Virginia, dated 01/29/2014.

Incident: Chemical Spill that contaminated the water supply.

Incident Period: 01/09/2014 through 01/17/2014.

Effective Date: 01/29/2014.

EIDL Loan Application Deadline Date: 10/29/2014.

Notice is hereby given that as a result of the Administrator's EIDL declaration, applications for economic injury disaster loans may be filed at the address listed above or other locally announced locations.

The following areas have been determined to be adversely affected by the disaster:

Primary Counties:

Boone, Kanawha, Putnam.

Contiguous Counties:

West Virginia: Cabell, Clay, Fayette, Jackson, Lincoln, Logan, Mason, Nicholas, Raleigh, Roane, Wyoming.

The Interest Rates are:

The number assigned to this disaster for economic injury is 138770.
