SUMMARY:

This notice amends the notice of a major disaster declaration for the State of West Virginia, (FEMA-14-DR), dated May 5, 2002, and related determinations.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:

The notice of a major disaster declaration for the State of West Virginia is hereby amended to include Public Assistance in the following areas among those areas determined to have been adversely affected by the catastrophe declared a major disaster by the President in his declaration of May 5, 2002:

McDowell, Mercer, Mingo, and Wyoming Counties for Public Assistance (already designated for Individual Assistance).

Logan County for Public Assistance.
