SUMMARY:
The proposed information collection requirement described below has been submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. OTS is soliciting public comments on the proposal.

Description: Necessary to enable OTS to determine whether a savings association has implemented a program reasonably designed to assure and monitor compliance with the currency recordkeeping and reporting requirements established by Federal statute and U.S. Department of Treasury regulations.
Type of Review: Renewal.
Affected Public: Savings Associations.
Estimated Number of Respondents: 1,035.
Estimated Frequency of Response: Annually.
Estimated Burden Hours per Response: 2 hours.
