On October 11, 2022, Nasdaq MRX, LLC (“MRX”) filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“Commission”), pursuant to Section 19(b)(1) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and Rule 19b-4 thereunder, a proposed rule change to assess port fees. The proposed rule change was published for comment in the Federal Register on October 18, 2022.

On December 8, 2022, MRX withdrew the proposed rule change (SR-MRX-2022-20).
