ACTION:

Proposed rule.

SUMMARY:

This document requests comments on a petition for rulemaking filed by North Texas Radio Group, L.P., requesting the substitution of Channel 262A for vacant Channel 241A at Clayton, Oklahoma. The reference coordinates for Channel 262A at Clayton, Oklahoma, are 34-32-48 NL and 95-29-45 WL. There is a site restriction 14 kilometers (8.7 miles) west of the community.

Comments must be filed on or before December 10, 2007, and reply comments on or before December 26, 2007.

Members of the public should note that from the time a Notice of Proposed Rule Making is issued until the matter is no longer subject to Commission consideration or court review, all ex parte contacts are prohibited in Commission proceedings, such as this one, which involve channel allotments. [Amended]

2. Section 73.202(b), the Table of FM Allotments under Oklahoma, is amended by removing Channel 241A and by adding Channel 262A at Clayton.
