Docket No.: FAA-2022-0070.

Petitioner: Breeze Aviation Group, Inc.

Sections of 14 CFR Affected: §§ 121.407(a)(1)(ii), and 121.439(a) and (b).

Description of Relief Sought: Breeze Aviation Group, Inc. (Breeze) seeks an exemption from Title 14 Code of Federal Regulations §§ 121.407(a)(1)(ii), and 121.439(a) and (b) that would allow Breeze to operate its fleet of Embraer ERJ 190 (ERJ-190) aircraft while using an Embraer ERJ 170 (ERJ-170) Full Flight Simulator (FFS) for training, checking, and currency.
