e. Purpose of Meeting: Commission staff will hold a teleconference with Oregon State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO) staff and PacifiCorp to discuss the Programmatic Agreement and Historic Properties Management Plan for the relicense of the Prospect No. 3 Project.
