Columbia, Hood River, Multnomah, Washington.

Contiguous Counties:

Oregon: Clackamas, Clatsop, Tillamook, Wasco, Yamhill.

Washington: Clark, Cowlitz, Klickitat, Skamania, Wahkiakum.

The Interest Rate is: 4.000.

The number assigned to this disaster for economic injury is 116510.

The States which received an EIDL Declaration # are Oregon, Washington.
