SUMMARY:

An open meeting of the Area 1 Taxpayer Advocacy Panel will be conducted (via teleconference) to discuss various IRS issues. The public is invited to make oral comments.

The meeting will be held Tuesday, October 28, 2003.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:

Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 10(a)(2) of the Federal Advisory Committee Act, 5 U.S.C. App. (1988) that an open meeting of the Area 1 Taxpayer Advocacy Panel will be held Tuesday, October 28, 2003 from 1 p.m. EDT to 2 p.m. EDT via a telephone conference call. The public is invited to make oral comments. Individual comments will be limited to 5 minutes.
