SUMMARY:

The National Science Foundation (NSF) is required to publish notice of permits issued under the Antarctic Conservation Act of 1978. This is the required notice.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:

On September 23, 2005, the National Science Foundation published a notice in the Federal Register of a Waste Management permit application received. A Waste Management permit was issued on October 24, 2005 to the following applicant: Michael J. Libecki Permit No.: 2006 WM-001.
