Description of Request: Indiana Michigan Power Company requests Commission approval to grant permission to Wyland's Marine to install thirteen removable aluminum docks along the shoreline of the St. Joseph River to create 26 seasonal boat slips within the project boundary. Wyland's Marine is a privately owned marina on the north shore of the St. Joseph River less than one mile upstream of the Twin Branch Dam and approximately one-half mile downstream of the Bittersweet Bridge river crossing.
