New York State Electric & Gas Corporation; Notice of Filing

Take notice that on November 7, 2002, New York State Electric & Gas Corporation (NYSEG) tendered for filing with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (Commission) its revised sheets for Rate Schedule Nos. 110 and 229 pursuant to the Commission's Opinion No. 447-B issued October 10, 2002. Copies of the tendered filing have been served by NYSEG upon the other parties to the above captioned proceeding.
