Notice.

SUMMARY:

This is a Notice of the Presidential declaration of a major disaster for the State of New Jersey (FEMA—1588-DR), dated 04/19/2005.

Incident: Severe Storms and Flooding.

Incident Period: 04/01/2005 through 04/03/2005.

Effective Date: 04/19/2005.

Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 06/20/2005.

EIDL Loan Application Deadline Date: 01/19/2006.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:

Notice is hereby given that as a result of the President's major disaster declaration on 04/19/2005, applications for disaster loans may be filed at the address listed above or other locally announced locations.

The following areas have been determined to be adversely affected by the disaster:

Primary Counties:

Bergen, Essex, Gloucester, Hunterdon, Mercer, Morris, Passaic, Sussex, and Warren.

Contiguous Counties:

New Jersey: Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Cumberland, Hudson, Middlesex, Monmouth, Salem, Somerset, and Union.

Delaware: New Castle.

New York: Bronx, New York, Orange, Rockland, and Westchester.

Pennsylvania: Bucks, Delaware, Monroe, Northampton, Philadelphia, and Pike.

The Interest Rates are:
