Take notice that on November 29, 2002, National Fuel Gas Supply Corporation (National Fuel) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Fourth Revised Volume No. 1, the tariff sheets listed in its filing.

National Fuel states that this filing is being made in compliance with the Commission's Order on Remand issued on October 31, 2002, in Docket No. RM98-10-011. The Order directed pipelines that offer segmentation on their systems to file revised tariff sheets permitting segmented transactions consisting of forwardhauls and backhauls up to contract demand to the same point at the same time.

National Fuel states that copies of this filing were served upon its customers and interested state commissions.
