Incident: Wildfires, Flooding, Mud Flows, and Debris Flows directly related to the Wildfires.
Incident Period: 10/21/2007 and continuing through 03/31/2008.
Effective Date: 03/31/2008.
Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 01/09/2008.
EIDL Loan Application Deadline Date: 07/24/2008.

The notice of the President's major disaster declaration for the State of California, dated 10/24/2007 is hereby amended to establish the incident period for this disaster as beginning 10/21/2007 and continuing through 03/31/2008.
All other information in the original declaration remains unchanged.
