Appeal by the plaintiff from a finding and dismissal of claim by the workers' compensation commissioner-at-large acting for the first district, brought to the compensation review division; from a decision affirming the commissioner's ruling, the plaintiff appealed to this court. No error.

Gilbert G. Velilla, pro se, the appellant (plaintiff) filed a brief.

Brian E. Prindle filed a brief for the appellees (defendants).


We have fully reviewed the record and briefs, including appendices, submitted in this matter and, after subjecting the plaintiff's claims to the appropriate standard of review, we conclude that they are lacking in merit.
