rejecting the plaintiff's "contention that he should be compensated for the time lost in coordinating and waiting for repairs" and noting that, if the court held otherwise, "consumers could bring a lawsuit every time they were on hold with a company's customer service line while they waited to resolve a problem. Thus, to say that damages for lost time are recoverable in a products liability action makes no sense, and it is not commercially practicable."
