The parties have agreed to a Settlement Conference to be conducted by United States Magistrate Judge Mikel H. Williams, for the District of Idaho. It is hereby ordered that this matter is referred to Judge Williams for the purposes of conducting at Settlement Conference on Tuesday, April 8, 2003 at 9:30 a.m. at the James A. McClure Federal Building U.S. Courthouse in Boise, Idaho. Local Rule 16.4.

NOW THEREFORE IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that the request for settlement conference is GRANTED.
