MEMORANDUM OPINION
By separate letters dated September 26, 2005, we notified appellant that the $125 filing fee and the docketing statement were due and that he needed to file an amended notice of appeal. The letters directed appellant to pay the fee, file a docketing statement, and file an amended notice of appeal within ten days and warned that failure to comply could result in the appeal being dismissed without further notice.
As of today's date, appellant has not paid the $125 filing fee, filed a docketing statement, filed an amended notice of appeal, or communicated to this Court about his failure to do so. Accordingly, we DISMISS the appeal. See Appendix to the Tex.R.App.P. B(1)(a); Tex.R.App.P. 5 42.3(b), (c).
Appellant did return two of the September 26, 2005 postcard notices with a handwritten note on the back stating the card was "improperly addressed to a fiction" and requesting the Court to address him by his "lower cas style Christian appellation."
