Substitute information charging the defendant with the crime of robbery in the third degree, and information charging the defendant with two counts of the crime of violation of probation, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of New Haven and tried to the jury before Schimelman, J.; verdict and judgment of guilty of robbery in the third degree; thereafter, the court rendered judgment revoking the defendant's probation, and the defendant filed a consolidated appeal to this court. Affirmed.
