Upon consideration of Appellant's motion, and good cause appearing therefore, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Motion to Examine Record Exhibits is GRANTED. Counsel for Appellant is permitted to examine record exhibits currently lodged at the Clerk of the Supreme Court's office. Any viewing will be done at a location in the Justice Building with the exhibits immediately returned to the Clerk of the Supreme Court's office.
