Appeal, No. 211, Jan. T., 1941, from decree of Superior Court, Oct. T., 1940, No. 320, affirming judgment of C. P. No. 6, Phila. Co., June T., 1940, No. 3863, in case of Robert E. Staller v. P. B. Staller and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Second Injury Reserve Account. Judgment affirmed.
Appeal by defendants from award of Workmen's Compensation Board.
The facts are stated in the opinion of the Superior Court, reported in 144 Pa. Super. 83.
Judgment entered against defendants, opinion by FLOOD, J. Commonwealth appealed to the Superior Court which affirmed the judgment of the court below. Appeal by Commonwealth to Supreme Court allowed.
