NEGOTIABLE INSTRUMENTS, § 38judgment note, as joint and several. Judgment note executed by husband and wife was joint and several, justifying entry of judgment by confession against wife after death of husband, so that judgment which vacated order setting aside judgment by confession was proper, following People v. Cody Trust Co., 301 Ill. App. 580.
