Action to foreclose a mortgage on certain real property, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of New Haven at Meriden, where the named defendant et al. filed a counterclaim; thereafter, the court, Stengel, J., granted the motion filed by GTT Corporation, as trustee, to be substituted as plaintiff; subsequently, the matter was tried to the court; judgment of strict foreclosure on the complaint and in favor of the substitute plaintiff on the counterclaim, from which the defendants appealed to this court. Affirmed.
