In the exercise of this Court's supervisory authority, the Appellate Court, Fourth District, is directed to vacate its judgment in People v. Reyes, Case No. 4–10–0183, 2011 WL 10481559 (10/03/11). The appellate court is directed to reconsider its judgment in light of People v. Hommerson, 2014 IL 115638, 378 Ill.Dec. 459, 4 N.E.3d 58, to determine whether a different result is warranted.
