Appellant having moved to consolidate the appeals taken from the judgment of the Genesee County Court, rendered April 25, 2013, and the order of the Genesee County Court, dated September 12, 2013,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Alan Williams, Esq. sworn to February 19, 2014, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeals from the judgment rendered April 25, 2013 and the order dated September 12, 2013 are hereby consolidated for the purposes of perfecting and arguing the appeals.
