INCOMPETENTS AND DELINQUENTS, § 18information, contributing to delinquency of minor. Where defendant was convicted of contributing to the delinquency of a male child, and some months later moved to expunge the judgment because the information was defective, the information charging the crime to have been committed July 1, 1939, but the verification appearing to have been made in the year 19, defendant by going to trial without objecting to defects in verification waived the defects, and information which was in the language of the statute was not defective because it failed to set out what particular acts defendant committed.
