ORDER

Irene Rios, Justice.

Appellants' brief was originally due June 20, 2024. We granted appellants' first motion for extension of time, extending the deadline for filing the brief to July 31, 2024. On July 31, 2024, appellants filed a motion requesting an additional extension of time to file the brief until August 31, 2024, for a total extension of 72 days. After consideration, we GRANT the motion and ORDER appellants to file their brief by Tuesday, September 3, 2024. Further requests for extension of time will be disfavored.

August 31, 2024 is a Saturday, and the following Monday is a legal holiday. See Tex. R. App. P. 4.1(a).
