Action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained as a result of the alleged negligence of the defendant, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Hartford-New Britain at New Britain and tried to the jury before N. O'Neill, J.; directed verdict and judgment for the defendant, from which the plaintiff appealed to this court. No error.
