Original Proceeding on Petition for Writ of Mandamus

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Reginald White III, acting pro se, has filed a petition for writ of mandamus requesting that we compel the trial court to rule on White's motion for speedy trial. We deny the petition.

The underlying case is The State of Texas v. Reginald White III, cause number 1661351, pending in the 262nd District Court of Harris County, Texas, the Honorable Lori Chambers Gray presiding.
