After considering the arguments set forth Class Plaintiffs' Ex Parte Application to strike the opposition papers of the Kasirer defendants or, in the alternative, to allow Class Plaintiffs to file a response to the opposition papers, for good cause, and Kasirer defendants partial opposition,
The Court hereby grants the Ex-Parte application and strikes the opposition papers filed by the Kasirer defendants in their entirety.
The Court hereby grants the Ex Parte application and gives Class Plaintiffs permission to file a response to the opposition papers of the Kasirer defendants. The response must be filed by July 19, 2004.
