Opinion

No. 05-06-00533-CV

Opinion issued April 25, 2006.

Original Proceeding from Municipal Court of the City of Richardson Texas, Dallas County, Texas.

Writ of Mandamus Dismissed.

Before Justices MORRIS, RICHTER, and MAZZANT.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relator requests the Court issue a writ of mandamus ordering the municipal court and its clerk to accept her $25 transcript payment for the transcript preparation of 103 municipal court cases. This Court does not have jurisdiction over this matter. See Tex. Gov't Code Ann. § 22.221 (Vernon 2004) (court of appeals has jurisdiction to issue writs of mandamus against district and county court judges, a district judge acting as a magistrate in a court of inquiry, and to enforce its own jurisdiction). Accordingly, we DISMISS this original proceeding for want of jurisdiction. See Tex.R.App.P. 52.8.
