Opinion issued November 30, 2005. DO NOT PUBLISH. Tex.R.App.P. 47.

On Appeal from the 283rd Judicial District Court, Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause Nos. F04-72331-T, F04-72332-T. Dismissed.

Before Justices MORRIS, BRIDGES, and FRANCIS.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Latoya Catrice Griffin was convicted of two debit card abuse offenses. In each case, punishment, following adjudication of guilt, was assessed at eighteen months' confinement in a state jail facility. Sentence was imposed on March 24, 2005. No motion for new trial was filed; therefore, appellant's notice of appeal was due by Monday, April 25, 2005. See Tex.R.App.P. 4.1(a), 26.2(a)(1). Appellant's October 24, 2005 notice of appeal is untimely, leaving us without jurisdiction over the appeals. See Slaton v. State, 981 S.W.2d 208, 210 (Tex.Crim.App. 1998) (per curiam); Boyd v. State, 971 S.W.2d 603, 605-06 (Tex.App.-Dallas 1998, no pet.). We dismiss the appeals for want of jurisdiction.
