Opinion filed October 19, 1939. Rehearing denied January 2, 1940.

BROKER, § 43two brokers co-operating to effect deal, rights to commission. Where plaintiff and defendant, who were both real estate brokers, had co-operated on several occasions to effect sales and had divided the commissions, plaintiff was entitled on implied contract to recover one-half of a commission, where plaintiff had produced a buyer ready, willing and able to consummate a deal, both plaintiff and defendant showed him various farms up to February, and defendant sold him a farm the following August.

Appeal from Circuit Court of DeWitt County; Hon. J. L. McLAUGHLIN, presiding. Affirmed. Heard in this court at April term, 1939; opinion filed October 19, 1939; rehearing denied January 2, 1940.
