BROKER, § 43 — two brokers co-operating to effect deal, rights to commission. Where plaintiff and defendant, who were both real estate brokers, had co-operated on several occasions to effect sales and had divided the commissions, plaintiff was entitled on implied contract to recover one-half of a commission, where plaintiff had produced a buyer ready, willing and able to consummate a deal, both plaintiff and defendant showed him various farms up to February, and defendant sold him a farm the following August.
