Action to recover moneys allegedly owed to the plaintiff, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of New Haven and tried to jury before Reynolds, J.; verdict and judgment for the plaintiff in part, from which the named defendant appealed and the plaintiff cross appealed to this court. No error.
