Opinion issued November 14, 2005. DO NOT PUBLISH. Tex.R.App.P. 47.

On Appeal from the Criminal District Court No. 3, Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. F0053424-LJ. Dismissed.

Before Justices MORRIS, WRIGHT, and RICHTER.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

In this case, Charles David Derringer pleaded guilty to aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and true to two enhancement paragraphs. The trial court deferred adjudicating guilt and placed appellant on community supervision. The State later moved to adjudicate guilt, alleging appellant violated several conditions of supervision. Appellant pleaded true to the allegations in the motion to adjudicate and, following a hearing, the trial court adjudicated appellant guilty and sentenced him to thirty years' imprisonment. The trial court's rule 25.2(d) certification states that appellant waived his right to appeal. The certification is supported by the documents before this Court. See Dears v. State, 154 S.W.3d 610, 614-15 (Tex.Crim.App. 2005). Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal for want of jurisdiction.
