Action to recover damages for the installation by the defendant of certain allegedly defective flooring materials, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of New Haven, geographical area number six, and tried to the court, Reilly, J.; judgment for the defendant, from which the plaintiff appealed to this court. No error.
