Action to recover damages for the alleged breach of a construction contract, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Hartford-New Britain at New Britain, where the defendants filed a counterclaim, and the matter was referred to Hon. Roman Lexton, state trial referee; judgment awarding damages to the plaintiff after allowing a set-off for the defendants' counter-claim, from which the defendants appealed to this court. No error.

Charles C. Greenwald filed a brief for the appellants (defendants).

Thomas M. Kablik filed a brief for the appellee (plaintiff).
