Action to recover damages for breach of a lease agreement, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Hartford-New Britain at Hartford, where the defendant filed a counterclaim and tried to the court, Berger, J.; judgment for the plaintiff, from which the plaintiff appealed to this court. Affirmed.
