Action by the plaintiff guarantor to recover the balance due on six promissory notes executed by the defendant, and for other relief, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of New London and tried to the court, Conway, J.; judgment for the plaintiff, from which the defendant appealed to this court. No error.
