ORDER


For the reasons set forth in the Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law issued in this matter today, Advanta is liable to Chase for $17,516,456.43, plus pre-judgment and post-judgment interest, and Chase is liable to Advanta for $824,190, plus pre-judgment and post-judgment interest. The parties shall, within 10 days, submit an agreed form of judgment to give effect to these Findings and Conclusions.
