          JUDGMENT

          CHARLES BREYER, District Judge.

         The Court having granted defendant Ceridian's motion for summary judgment on all claims, and defendant Sun's motion for summary judgment on the federal wrongful termination claims, by Memorandum and Order dated August 23, 2004, and having granted Sun's motion for summary judgment on plaintiff's claims that his COBRA benefits were unlawfully terminated and dismissed the remaining state law claims by Memorandum and Order dated November 23, 2004, and having entered judgment in favor of plaintiff on his COBRA notification claim by Memorandum and Order dated November 23, 2004, judgment is entered in favor of Ceridian on all claims, and in favor of Sun on plaintiff's federal wrongful termination claims and COBRA/ERISA claims for wrongful termination of benefits. Judgment is entered in favor of plaintiff in the amount of $2292.00 on his claim that Sun failed to provide him with timely notice of his COBRA rights.

         IT IS SO ORDERED.
