Opinion

The defendants' petition for certification for appeal from the Appellate Court, 165 Conn.App. 44, 138 A.3d 1012 (2016), is granted, limited to the following issue:

“Did the Appellate Court use the correct standard for determining whether the ‘harm’ was imminent, and properly apply the identifiable victim, imminent harm standard to the facts of this case, in determining that the trial court improperly granted summary judgment in favor of the defendants?”
