Action to foreclose a mortgage on certain real property, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of New Haven and referred to Hon. Anthony V. DeMayo, state trial referee; judgment of strict foreclosure; thereafter, the court denied the defendants' motion to open the judgment, and the defendants appealed to this court. Affirmed.

Lawrence A. Dubin filed a brief for the appellants (defendants).
